The seven Fatima prayers we need to be praying

These seven prayers were taught to the children of Fatima by St. Michael and Our Lady and to Sr. Lucia as an adult by Our Lord.

Prayers taught by the Angel of Fatima

These prayers were taught to the children at Fatima by St. Michael the Archangel in 1916.

1. My God, I believe, I adore, I hope and I love Thee. I ask pardon for those who do not believe, do not adore, do not hope, and do
not love Thee.

2. Most Holy Trinity, Father, Son and Holy Ghost, I adore Thee profoundly, and I offer Thee the Most Precious Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity of Jesus Christ, present in all the Tabernacles of the world, in reparation for the outrages, sacrileges and indifference with which He Himself is offended. And through the infinite merits of His Most Sacred Heart and of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I beg of Thee the conversion of poor sinners.

Our Lady taught these prayers to the children at Fatima during 1917.

3. O Most Holy Trinity, I adore Thee; My God, My God, I love Thee in the Most Blessed Sacrament.

4. Fatima Decade Prayer: O my Jesus, forgive us our sins; save us from the fires of hell; lead all souls to heaven, especially those most in need of Thy mercy.

5. Fatima Sacrificial Prayer: O my Jesus, it is for love of Thee, for the conversion of sinners, and in reparation for sins committed against the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer this sacrifice to Thee.

These prayers was taught to Sr. Lucia by Our Lord in Rianjo, Spain in 1931.

6. Sweet Heart of Mary, be the salvation of Russia, Spain, Portugal, Europe, and the whole world.

7. By Thy pure and Immaculate Conception, O Mary, obtain for me the conversion of Russia, Spain, Portugal, Europe, and the whole world.

    One thing that has bothered me for a while now is this: on a recent Youtube video, What Catholics Believe, with Fr. William Jenkins of the SSPV, Father was asked by a viewer if the Fatima decade prayer had been changed by the Church from its original wording. Father responded that yes, it had, and that statement was confirmed by a Portuguese-speaking viewer who had read Sr.Lucia’s original transcription of the prayer. He said that the original states “Relieve the souls in Purgatory, especially those most abandoned.” I have always felt that the current version of “lead all souls to heaven” has a somewhat universalist connotation. Could someone please do some research and clarify this issue? I find this disturbing, especially in light of all the ways in which the modernist church has tampered with the truths of the Faith.

    I had heard this before and thought it may be the “Sr. Lucy” post 1958 that confirmed the change, but it was corrected by the real Sr. Lucia in 1941 and again in 1946. She said the wording, “lead ALL souls to Heaven..” was explained to her as focusing on unrepentant sinners who were in danger of damnation and the souls in Puragtory are already guaranteed Heaven.

      Percy, thank you for your input. This is also consistent with Scripture: “For I desire not the death of him that dieth, saith the Lord God, return ye and live.” (Ezekiel 18:32)
